About the speaker: Brian Kelly, applications engineering manager for Honeywell Thermal Solutions, brings nearly 30 years of experience in the thermal processing industry, providing solid, innovative, and sustainable solutions for industrial thermal processes. He started his career in 1995 at the Hauck Manufacturing Company and has held roles in both Engineering and Sales. Brian currently serves as president of the Industrial Heating Equipment Association as well as chairperson of the Education Committee and Combustion Seminar for IHEA. He has published articles for the heat processing industry in several publications. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

About the speaker: Todd Ellerton is currently Director of Business Development at Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS). His responsibilities include development and implementation of HTS's sustainability strategy, including solutions for reducing NOx emissions, increasing efficiency, and using renewable fuels like hydrogen. Todd has more than 20 years of experience in product management and new product development. He originally joined Eclipse, now part of Honeywell Thermal Solutions, in 2008. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University.
