The Honeywell Kromschroder BIC industrial burner is designed for industrial furnaces and firing systems in the iron and steel industries, in the precious, non-ferrous, and light metal sectors, and in the plastics, fiber, and paper industries. BIC burners can also be used in thermal incineration applications, dryers, and hot-air generators.
The burner can be used with ceramic tube set TSC in furnaces with brick or ceramic fiber lining- no burner quarl required. The BIC’s 80 to 150 m/sec outlet velocity makes it ideal for industrial furnaces with impulse controlled temperature systems. It can be installed as either a ceiling or side-wall burner.
