FLC-RO
WIKA FLC-RO restriction orifices are used to reduce pressure or limit the flow rate inside a pipe in liquid, gas, or steam applications. Stainless steel, Monel, duplex, super-duplex or Hastelloy C276 constructions available. 1/2" to 24" nominal pipe sizes standard, larger configurations available on request.
A restriction orifice can be installed in the pipeline to reduce pressure or limit the flow rate. For applications where a high differential pressure is required or the sound level needs to be limited, multi-step restriction orifices can be designed to meet all requirements.
- Typically used in power generation, oil production and refnining, gas processing and transmission, chemical and petrochemical industry applications, or water treatement and distribution
- Suitable for liquid, gas, and steam applications
- Single-step (ST) or multi-step (MS) restriction orifices
- Restriction orifice can be designed to be mounted between flanges with raised face (RF) sealing face, or between male or female ring-type joint (RTJ) flanges per ANSI B16.5 standards
- To order, include nominal size, pipe schedule, nominal pressure rating, sealing face, material process data, and media characteristics
