Orifice flanges in 1" to 24" sizes for mounting orifice plates or flow nozzles. The orifice flange assembly comes complete with jacking screws to ensure easy removal. Variety of materials and pipe schedules available as needed for your application requirement.
For mounting orifice plates or flow nozzles, orifice flanges feature pairs of pressure tappings machined directly into the orifice flange, removing the need for orifice carriers or pressure tappings in the pipe wall. The orifice flange assembly comes complete with jacking screws to ensure easy removal.
- Available in carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, ASTM A182 F316, F304, F11, and F22, duplex or super duplex
- Nominal sizes 1" to 24" in Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, or Class 1600
- Two 1/2" NPT threads provided in each flange as standard
- Flange or corner pressure tappings, one tapping sealed with a plug
- Raised face or ring joint gasket sealing faces
- To order, specify nominal size, pipe schedule, pressure rating, sealing face, pressure tapping, and material
