WIKA 232.34 and 233.34 XSEL Stainless Steel Process Gauge
Black POCAN thermoplastic solid front process gauge. Accuracy ±0.5% or ±1.0% span, depending on range. Ranges -30" Hg Vacuum/compound to 400 PSI, 0-15 to 0-30000 PSI. 4.5" or 6" dial size. 316L stainless steel lower (bottom stem) or lower back mount, 1/4" or 1/2" NPTM.
WIKA XSEL 232.34 (dry) and 233.34 (liquid filled) 4.5" and 6" process gauges are designed for use in process industry applications, including chemical/petrochemical, power stations, mechanical engineering, plant construction, and mining. They offer excellent load-cycle stability and shock resistance, and come standard with a five-year warranty on the gauge and 10-year warranty on the pressure system.
- Accuracy: ±0.5% span (ASME B40.100 Grade 2A) for pressures up to 20000 PSI; ±1.0% span (ASME B40.100 Grade 1A) for pressures of 20000 PSI or higher
- Available ranges: -30" Hg Vacuum/compound to 400 PSI, 0-15 to 0-30000 PSI
- Suitable for corrosive environments and gaseous or liquid media that will not obstruct the pressure system
- IP65 rated black fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic (POCAN) solid front case with blowout back. White aluminum dial with black lettering, black aluminum adjustable pointer, clear acrylic window with BUNA-N gasket
- 316L stainless steel Bourdon tube, stainless steel movement with internal overload stop set at 1.1 times full scale
- 316L stainless steel pressure connection, 1/4" or 1/2" NPTM lower (bottom stem) mount, 1/2" NPTM lower back mount
- Also available with NACE approvals (MR0175 and MR0103) for sour gas service
