WAGO MCS Maxi 16 Pluggable Connection System
WAGO’s 832 MCS MAXI 16 wire-to-board and wire-to-wire pluggable connectors work with levers to provide quick, reliable, tool-free connections. Ideal for the manual assembly of high-power electronics systems, MCS MAXI 16 connectors are designed for power electronics, with a conductor cross-section range of 18-4 AWG.
WAGO MCS Maxi 16 connectors are designed for power electronics applications. They offer a wider conductor range (18-4 AWG) and higher current carrying capacity along with 100% protection against mismating. The lever actuation with WAGO’s patented Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology make wiring quick, reliable, maintenance and tool-free.
MCS Maxi 16 connectors are suitable for drive, motor, and controller applications, plus electronic circuit breakers, inverters, converters, transformers, filters, and redundancy/buffer modules.
- Easy in-hand wiring via tool-free lever operation
- 18-4 AWG conductor range with 0.4" (10.16mm) pin spacing
- Push-in CAGE CLAMP® termination of solid conductors and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules
- Wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connections
- Test slot 0° and 90° to conductor entry
- Coding options available
- Light gray PBT plastic bodies with orange levers, silver contact plating, electrolytic copper contacts
