WAGO 222 Compact Splicing Connectors with Levers
WAGO 222 LEVER-NUT connectors are maintenance-free and provide a safe and reliable connection for both stranded and solid conductor wires in sizes ranging from 28-12 AWG in one connector. Each connector is reusable and has a built-in test point.
Suitable for use in standard electrical and building installations as well as mounting carriers in distribution boxes, on a carrier rail, or in applications with increased vibration resistance requirements such as shipbuilding and railway technology.
Connect your stranded, solid, or flexible wires in three steps: Strip the conductor to the proper length (9-10mm/0.35-0.39"), lift the lever to open the clamp and insert the conductor, lower the lever to securely close the clamp.
When properly terminated, the connector fully encloses the conductor insulation to prevent accidental contact with live parts. Use a voltage tester and the built-in test points on top of the connector to verify your assembly.
