The Vaisala PR53AP sanitary probe refractometer is designed to measure, refine, manage and indicate Brix and diagnostics in the beverage, dairy and food processing industries. It meets the needs of hygienic installations in large pipes, tanks, cookers, crystallizers, kettles, and in temperatures up to 300°F.
The PR53AP probe is installed in the pipe line or vessel through a 2.5" or 4" 3A sanitary clamp, APV tank bottom flange, or 2.5" Cherry-Burrell I-clamp.
Compatible with Indigo520 transmitter, which gives you access to features such as data storage, graphical interface, and analog and digital interface.
