Ultrasonic Sensors
An ultrasonic sensor is an electronic device that uses a transducer to send and receive ultrasonic sound waves, which are faster than audible sound waves, and measure the distance to an object by calculating the time it takes for the waves to reflect back.
Ultrasonic sensors require close proximity and modest speeds but they have the advantage of being able to be used in low visibility settings.
