TSI VelociCalc 9600 Family Multi-Function Ventilation Meters

All VelociCalc 9600 meters (9600, 9630, and 9650 Pro) measure barometric pressure, temperature via thermocouple, calculate percent of outside air, and support the same plug-and-play thermoanemometer, rotating vane, and IAQ probes used with VelociCalc 9565 and Q-Trak 7500 series meters.

The basic 9600 meter measures air velocity, temperature, relative humidity, CO and CO2, depending on your choice of probe.

The 9630 meter is used to measure HVAC system pressures and can be connected to pitot probes for performing duct traverses. It measures air velocity, temperature, relative humidity, CO and CO2, depending on your choice of probe, plus static and differential pressure measurement with a static pressure probe and compatible pitot probes.

The 9650 Pro meter is used to measure HVAC system pressures and can be connected to pitot probes for performing duct traverses. It works with plug-in probes for measuring air velocities or IAQ parameters, features programmable k-factors, and has built-in workflows for calulating percent of outside air, and heat flow calculations for testing heating and cooling coils when used with TSI 964 or 966 probes and grid-guided duct traverse methodologies (ASHRAE 111 log-Tchebycheff, ASHRAE 111 equal area, EN 12599, and EN 16211).

Measurement output from these datalogging meters can be printed using a portable USB printer. The Bluetooth-enabled 9650 Pro can send output wirelessly to a handheld Bluetooth printer.

Common applications include HVAC testing and balancing, HVAC commissioning and troubleshooting, clean room testing, biological safety cabinet and laboratory fume hood testing, IAQ investigations, and ventilation effectiveness.

All kits include instrument, wrist strap, carrying case, four AA alkaline batteries, USB cable, user manual, and calibration certificate. 9630 and 9650 models also include a static pressure probe and 8-foot tubing. Order pitot probes, printer, and paper separately.
