About the speaker: Luis Garcia currently serves as Siemens Process Safety Consultant for the Americas. He is a certified functional safety expert (CFSE & TÜV SÜD). He is a voting member on the ISA 84 functional safety standards group, and an ISA course instructor on SIS (in both Spanish and English).
Previously, he worked as a metallurgy and materials scientist in Liverpool, UK, and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina University.
