Red Valve Series 40W is a full-port, thru bolted isolation ring that installs directly inline eliminating costly installation and maintenance costs associated with pipe stands and saddle welds. It senses the inline pressure through the elastomer sleeve and displaces the captive fluid through the pressure sensor body to the instrument’s Bourdon tube. All instruments are isolated and protected from the process, assuring positive and accurate readings.

All wetted parts are elastomer covered. Its elastomer sleeve also extends to the full face of the flange and eliminated the need for additional gaskets.

The Series 40W can be mounted in any flow direction, submerged in a tank or mounted with a blind flange as a dead end to monitor tank levels.

Standard factory filled gauge included: 0-100 PSI, bottom mounted, 2½” dial steel case, ±1% accuracy; 0-200 PSI gauges are optional at no additional cost.
