Minebea Intec's PR5211 weighing transmitter lets you easily connect silo and vessel scales to a PLC using 0/4-20 mA output or Profibus-DP communications. It combined reliable and accurate weight acquisition with simple operation and setup.
PR5211 transmitter models are available with 0/4-20 mA output, Profibus-DP communications, or both, to connect to PLCs and SCADA systems. The DIN-rail mount transmitter comes with pluggable COMBICON screw terminals that allow for easy setup and changing of instruments, and is designed for use in typical control cabinets.
You can directly access all configuration and operation levels via the front serial interface and use a Windows engineering tool for convenient configuration and quick calibration by connecting to a PC through the USB interface.
