InPro7000i conductivity sensor with PEEK sensor body and 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C-22 electrode is resistant to aggresive media and optimal for processes with frequent CIP/SIP cycles. Sensor ranges 0.02 to 400 or 0.02 to 500 mS/cm depending oncompatible transmitter. Available with 120, 225, or 450mm shaft lengths. Compatible with Mettler Toledo static and retractable housings.
The InPro 7100i conductivity sensor features fast response time for quick detection of process changes, leading to better process control. The PEEK shaft material offers high resistance to aggressive solutions and is particularly suitable in processes with frequent CIP/SIP cycles.
It's easy to install and commission with digital Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) technology and small sensor design for installations in pipes as small as 2" diameters. Designed for applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and pulp and paper industries.
The sensor comes with ISM technology and Plug and Measure feature that lets you start up measurements quickly. The microchip in the sensor’s head stores all relevant sensor data and automatically uploads to the transmitter as soon as it is connected. The digital data transfer signal is insensitive to electromechanical interference and therefore ensures safety and reliability for your production processes.
The InPro 7100i compatible with a variety of Mettler Toledo's static (InFit and InDip) and retractable (InTrac) housings, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
