Ideal for power plant water applications, including steam quality monitoring at the turbine inlet, condensate monitoring at the condensate polisher, boiler feedwater monitoring, and makeup water quality monitoring. Mettler Toledo's Thornton 3000CS on-line analyzer is designed for continuous on-line monitoring of chloride and sulfate in power plant water systems as a way to prevent corrosion. It reduces monitoring efforts and eliminates the need need for costly off-line lab work. Programmable measurement cycles let you can quickly react to chloride and sulfate excursions.
The 3000CS analyzer comes with an integrated M800 transmitter. Easy to use and program, the intuitive touchscreen displays ion concentrations and analyzer status with trend graph capability to monitor contaminant levels over time. You can also keep records of the chloride and sulfate contamination levels in your data acquisition software with the analog output.
The analyzer is fully enclosed to protect the reagent containers and components from harsh environmental conditions, ensuring your measurements are unaffected by outside influences.
