Part-sensing light curtain arrays for small or flat objects. Emitter and receiver pairs available in 12 lengths and two sensing ranges. Response speeds as fast as 0.8ms. Rugged self-contained IP65 enclosures. Available with NPN and PNP solid state outputs.
- Large detection area with 3” - 36” lengths and 2 adjustable sensing ranges
- Generates a cross hatch beam pattern for extraordinary sensitivity to small objects and consistent detection of packages where the leading edge varies
- Detects objects as small as 5.6 mm and flat objects as thin as 1 mm, depending on width, that pass anywhere through the light screen
- Response speeds as fast as 0.8 ms allows automated systems to operate at higher line speeds resulting in increased throughput
- Ideal for die-protection (part ejection verification), small part, parcel and envelope handling
