Jordan Valve Mark 55 vacuum regulators are used to maintain vacuums at predetermined settings and regulate vacuums on evaporators, cookers, grinding fixtures, milking machines, altitude chambers, and other vacuum systems. They are designed to be used when accurate control and tight shutoff are necessary to maintain the proper vacuum settings.
