Equilibar BD Industrial Back Pressure Regulator
BD industrial back pressure regulators valves are used for gases, liquids, and mixed phase applications. They come in stainless steel, PVC, and anodized aluminum bodies with NTP, triclamp, BSPP, and flanged end connections to fit your application. Available in 1.5" to 4" sizes.
BD back pressure industrial grade regulators are used in gas, liquid, and mixed phase applications. By using unique combinations of diaphragm and O-ring materials, Equilibar back pressure regulators are great for use in the harshest environments that include high temperature and aggressive chemicals.
The BD Series has external elbows attached to the bottom to save significant space compared to side-ported cylindrical designs. Stainless steel and aluminum valve bodies are welded to commercial pipe elbows, while PVC valves are glued to commercial elbows. If desired, flanges can be welded to the elbows as an option. Aluminum elbows are square in shape while stainless steel and PVC are rounded.
Equilibar BD Series is specifically designed for applications where larger sized valves are required. They are typically used in pump pressure control, precision control with closed loop, glove box/ventilation control, fuel cell testing, and biogas system pressure control.
