Dwyer VF Visi-Float® Acrylic Flowmeter
Clear acrylic body direct-ready flowmeters for gas and liquid applications. Temperature and pressure rating: 100 PSIG @ 150°F; 150 PSIG @ 100°F. 2" (VFA) and 4" (VFB) scales, 1/8" NTPF process connection unless otherwise specified. Precision metering valves in brass or stainless steel optional.
The Series VF Visi-Float® are direct reading, precision machined, clear acrylic body flowmeters suitable for both gas and liquid applications. They are cut and precision machined from solid, clear acrylic blocks with over 60 years of experience in acrylic instrument machining. Available in 2" and 4" scales with optional precision metering valves.
Typical applications include medical equipment, laboratory equipment, air samplers, gas analyzers, pollution monitors, chemical injectors, and cabinet purging.
- Design allows for complete visual inspection
- Clear white background lets you see the float clearly increasing reading accuracy
- Direct reading scales are hot stamped into the plastic and eliminates the need for conversions
- High repeatability from precision machined tapered bores
- Low installation costs with back or end connection options with metal mounting inserts that can be supported directly by system piping
- 1/8" NPTF process connection
- Accuracy: VFA = 5% full scale; VFB = 3% full scale
