Dwyer Mercoid 3100D smart transmitter offers flexible pressure calibration, integral pushbutton configuration for zero and span, and HART communications for programming. It offers built-in temperature compensation standard for improved performance. Both configuration settings and sensor correction coefficients are stored in memory in the event of shutdown or power loss.

  • Typical applications include flow measurement, level measurement, filter or pump differential pressure, and critical process monitoring for gases, steam, liquids or vapors.
  • Suitable for process temperatures -40° to 248° F, and process pressures to 2000 PSI (10000 PSI burst pressure)
  • Ranges from 0”-6” WC to 0-1000 PSIG
  • Rangeability and turndown to 100:1
