DeZURIK KCI coal burner isolation valves close off pulverized coal burner lines during maintenance shutdowns. Available in sizes from 6" to 24", KCI valves can be equipped with manual or powered actuators, including handwheel, chainwheel, pneumatic cylinder or electric motor.

DeZURIK KCI coal burner isolation valves increase safety by reducing the risk of fires and accidents during maintenance shutdowns. They exceed the 1997 NFPA 8503 standard of 50 pSI internal explosion pressure requirements.
- Available in sizes from 6" to 24"
- Integral or removable hard-faced seat ring; Removable ring can be rotated or replaced to reduce maintenance time
- Carbon steel or 304 stainless steel valve bodies and gates
- Optional stainless steel rising or non-rising stem
- Flange drilling options include ASME 125/150, NFPA 8503 1997, or Babcock & Wilcox
